The phrase "aggregate wages" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing the total sum of wages paid to a group of employees or workers, often in economic or financial contexts.
Example: "The report highlighted the aggregate wages of all employees in the sector, showing a significant increase over the past year."
Alternatives: "total wages" or "combined wages".
But where are the rising aggregate wages going to come from?
