The phrase "aggregate peak" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts related to data analysis, statistics, or performance metrics where you are referring to the combined highest values from multiple sources or datasets.
Example: "The aggregate peak of user engagement was recorded during the holiday season, indicating a significant increase in activity."
Alternatives: "combined peak" or "total peak".
In situ X-ray scattering measurements simultaneously captured the changes in the inter-ionic aggregate peak and amorphous halo during uniaxial elongation.
