In particular, one notes that protein aggregate content, for both soluble aggregates (SEC) and insoluble aggregates (LO), does not appreciably change or increase over the shelf life of the product.
What I wanted, however, was trends — and the Census has calculated this measure both for metros and for national aggregates for both 2000 and 2010.
The S228P mutant was prone to form intracellular aggregates for both types of fused proteins, while cells expressing GFP-S228P had a larger portion of cells containing aggregates than cells expressing S228P-GFP (Fig. 1C).
