Using different pricing schemes, we then analyze the aggregate charging load of an EV fleet in Sect. 4. Here, we start with standard rate designs (flat, real-time, time-of-use) and subsequently introduce additional design elements (power surcharges, randomized group rates) to reduce load clustering effects.
