The phrase "ages data not shown" is not correct in standard written English.
It seems to be an incomplete expression that may refer to data related to ages that is not being displayed or included in a report or analysis.
Example: "In the results section, we have included various demographic information, but ages data not shown for privacy reasons."
Alternatives: "age-related data not displayed" or "age information not provided".
