The phrase "again the orientation of" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing the repeated or renewed focus or direction of a particular subject or topic.
Example: "In this meeting, we will discuss again the orientation of our project to ensure everyone is aligned with our goals."
Alternatives: "once more the direction of" or "revisiting the focus of".
