The phrase "again speak of" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to a topic that has been previously discussed and is being mentioned once more.
Example: "In our last meeting, we touched on the issue of climate change, and I would like to again speak of its impact on our community."
Alternatives: "revisit the topic of" or "discuss again".
