The phrase "again loyal" is not standard in written English and may cause confusion.
It could be used in contexts where you want to express a return to loyalty after a period of disloyalty or uncertainty.
Example: "After a brief period of doubt, she proved herself to be again loyal to the cause."
Alternatives: "loyal once more" or "faithful again".
Then again, the loyal user base of social-networking sites still appears to be a tempting launch-pad for big-hitters like Microsoft, which took a $240 million stake in Facebook last year, and News Corp., which bought MySpace parent Intermix for $580 million in 2005.
