The phrase "again increased with" is not standard in written English and may cause confusion.
It could be used when discussing a repeated increase in a quantity or measurement, but the phrasing is awkward.
Example: "The population has again increased with the arrival of new residents."
Alternatives: "once more increased by" or "further increased by".
