The phrase "again agrees" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when indicating that someone or something has reached an agreement once more after a previous agreement.
Example: "After further discussion, the committee again agrees on the proposed changes to the policy."
Alternatives: "once more concurs" or "reaffirms agreement".
