The phrase "again a much" is not correct and does not make sense in written English.
It seems to be an incomplete or improperly structured expression, and it is unclear when it could be used without additional context.
Example: "This is again a much better option than the previous one."
Alternatives: "once more a significantly" or "yet again a far".
Then again, a much bigger impediment than the Patriots — or the Giants — stands in the Jets' way: themselves.
Ditto for Kevin Costner's "Waterworld," a sci-fi epic that depicted an Earth inundated with oceans engorged by greenhouse-induced melting of the polar ice caps, again a much worse outcome even the most pessimistic models project.
In the case of the film with 27 and 45 nm, the abrupt increase below 3 eV indicates again a much higher concentration of the electrons than the holes in this band and the interaction of photons with these electrons.
