The phrase "again I receive" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when expressing that you are receiving something once more or repeatedly.
Example: "Again I receive your message, and I appreciate your continued communication."
Alternatives: "once more I receive" or "I receive again".
Shortly after I sat down to eat my sandwich, with 10 minutes peace and quiet to spare before lessons began again, I received a call from my mother, who informed me that my grandmother was gravely ill and would not make it through another night.
Again, I received a text message alerting me that I would have to wait in line because that place also doesn't pick up its phones during lunch hours.
Again, I received a non-answer.
