The phrase "again I discover" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when expressing a repeated realization or finding something anew after having encountered it before.
Example: "As I sift through the old documents, again I discover the forgotten memories of my childhood."
Alternatives: "once more I find" or "I rediscover again".
When I was old enough to read them again, I discovered that the books had way more to them than five-year-old me could fathom.
