The phrase "afterwards for instance" is not correct in written English as it combines two phrases that do not work well together.
You can use "afterwards" to indicate something that happens later in time, and "for instance" to provide an example, but they should not be used together in this way.
Example: "We went to the museum; afterwards, we had dinner at a nice restaurant."
Alternatives: "subsequently, for example" or "later, for instance."
