The phrase "after stationary" is not correct and does not convey a clear meaning in written English.
It may be intended to describe a situation occurring after something has become stationary, but the phrasing is awkward and lacks context.
Example: "The vehicle came to a stop, and after stationary, the passengers disembarked."
Alternatives: "after coming to a stop" or "once it was still".
