The TGA experiments revealed a first-stage weight loss at about 300 °C for all polymers; besides, polymers containing rigid tetrachloroperylene bisimide groups possess less weight loss than P3HT after heating, indicative of enhanced thermal stabilities.
In contrast, SERCA2a expression were decreased after HFD, indicative of cellular remodelling, but unchanged in AAV-PRAS40 mice.
Nppa and Nppb transcription were increased after HFD, indicative of hypertrophic growth, but blocked in AAV-PRAS40 mice (Fig 1C).
These markers of viremia and seroreactivity were shown to increase after transplantation, indicative of active HPyV9 infection, whereas the levels remained stable in matched healthy blood donors.
