The phrase "after being edited" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to indicate that something has undergone changes or revisions before the current state or action is described.
Example: "The document was much clearer after being edited for grammar and style."
Alternatives: "following the edits" or "once revised".
The film runs three hours, after being edited down from ten.
