The phrase "aforementioned comments" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to refer back to comments that have already been mentioned earlier in the text.
Example: "In response to the aforementioned comments, we have decided to revise our proposal."
Alternatives: "previously mentioned comments" or "earlier comments".
The aforementioned comments explain that the estimation of reliable values for E IT requires stress-free samples.
