The phrase "affordable cheap" is not correct and is generally redundant in written English.
You can use it when trying to emphasize that something is both affordable and inexpensive, but it is better to choose one term.
Example: "I found an affordable cheap option for my new phone that fits my budget perfectly."
Alternatives: "budget-friendly" or "inexpensive".
"This is an innovative way to give the tenants good, affordable, cheap to run houses.
