The phrase "advising so" is not commonly used in written English and may sound awkward or unclear.
It could be used in contexts where someone is suggesting or recommending a course of action, but it is better to use clearer alternatives.
Example: "I appreciate your input, but I would advise against advising so without further evidence."
Alternatives: "suggesting that" or "recommending that".
