The phrase "advised periods" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts where you are referring to specific time frames that have been recommended or suggested for a particular purpose.
Example: "The doctor recommended that I take breaks during the advised periods to ensure proper recovery."
Alternatives: "recommended intervals" or "suggested durations".
