The phrase "advantaged up" is not correct and does not appear to be usable in written English.
It seems to be an attempt to convey a state of being in a favorable position, but it is not a standard expression.
Example: "After the new policy was implemented, the team felt advantaged up compared to their competitors."
Alternatives: "in a better position" or "at an advantage".
