The phrase "advantage it will be" is not correct in standard written English.
It may be intended to express a future benefit or positive outcome, but the structure is awkward and unclear.
Example: "If we implement this new strategy, the advantage it will be to our company is significant."
Alternatives: "the benefit it will provide" or "the advantage it will offer."
