In univariate survival analysis, patients using tobacco and alcohol with poorly differentiated tumors, lymph node metastasis, and stage III or IV disease had shorter OS survival, and patients with poorly differentiated tumors, no neck dissection, advanced disease, and oral cavity cancer had shorter DFS than their counterparts (Table 2).
Returning to the abdomen, electrocautery was used to advance farther along the sacral parietal fascia to finally connect to the TEA dissection (Fig. 1, arrow 3), allowing for the creation of a "guidance port" for further dissection.
The posterior dissection was advanced into the scar tissue over the tip of the coccyx (Fig. 1, arrow 2).
The submucosal dissection was advanced to reach the distal side of the mucosal incision, thus creating a submucosal tunnel.

In turn, the subsequent molecular dissection of autoantigenic ribonucleoproteins has advanced understanding of autoantibody specificities.
After the hydatid cyst was reached, starting near the surface working around the cyst toward the base, a Foley probe was advanced and, in the region of desired dissection, the balloon of the Foley probe was inflated, and adhesion bands were freed to allow dissection.
The remaining 10 patients were disqualified from lymph node dissection due to poor status performance, advanced age, obesity or other comorbidities.
