The phrase "adopt conclusions" is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it when discussing the process of accepting or embracing certain findings or judgments based on evidence or reasoning.
Example: "After reviewing the data, the researchers were able to adopt conclusions that supported their initial hypothesis."
Alternatives: "draw conclusions" or "reach conclusions".
