The phrase "admittedly already" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to acknowledge a fact or situation that is already known or accepted, often in a context where one is conceding a point.
Example: "Admittedly already aware of the challenges, we decided to proceed with caution."
Alternatives: "undeniably already" or "acknowledged already".
