The phrase "admitted to accept" is not correct in standard written English.
It may be intended to convey a sense of acknowledgment or agreement, but the construction is awkward and unclear.
Example: "He admitted to accept the terms of the agreement, but it was too late."
Alternatives: "acknowledged acceptance" or "agreed to accept".
