The phrase "admission destination" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts related to applications, travel, or events where a specific location for entry or acceptance is being referred to.
Example: "Please confirm your admission destination for the conference so we can arrange transportation accordingly."
Alternatives: "entry point" or "acceptance location".
