The phrase "adjust the set up" is not correct in standard written English.
The correct form should be "adjust the setup," where "setup" is a noun referring to the arrangement or configuration of something.
Example: "Before starting the presentation, please adjust the setup of the projector and screen."
Alternatives: "modify the configuration" or "alter the arrangement."
