The phrase "adjust enrolment" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to the process of changing or modifying the number of students enrolled in a course or program.
Example: "The school decided to adjust enrolment figures to better reflect the current student population."
Alternatives: "modify enrollment" or "alter enrollment".
