The phrase "adjust clock" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to changing the time on a clock or a device that keeps time.
Example: "Before we leave for the trip, make sure to adjust the clock in the car to the correct time."
Alternatives: "set clock" or "change clock".
