The phrase "adjacent primary" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts where you are describing something that is next to or near a primary element or object, often in technical or academic discussions.
Example: "The adjacent primary structure of the protein plays a crucial role in its overall function."
Alternatives: "neighboring primary" or "contiguous primary".
