Green "community" messages would notify residents about crime trends, law enforcement events and can include safety tips, while blue-coded messages would address traffic issues.
Congress and the federal government are not the only ones moving to address trafficking issues.
The move comes as the city struggles to address traffic congestion issues and curb pollution – issues that also bedevil India's biggest cities, particularly its capital.
"They have to go back, study the traffic, figure out if these intersection improvements are needed, or find other ways to address the traffic issues," he said.
Disney has pledged to work closely with city officials to address traffic concerns and any other issues that arise during the process.
"But we will not address the traffic issue," he said.
As part of a separate agreement with the two municipalities that was negotiated amid concerns about the move of the Dinky station, the University will establish a $500,000 trust fund to address transit and traffic issues and will spend up to $450,000 to install three Nassau Street crosswalks.
It said the scheme would simplify the road layout but some residents think it does not address the real traffic issues in the town.
Johanna Felder, a 26-year Laguna Beach resident, would like to see a traffic study done to address the downtown parking and traffic issues, which include making Ocean Avenue, where she stands here, a one-way street.
In addition to high-speed protocol processing requirements, the efficient handling of Ethernet traffic involves addressing several issues at the system level, such as transfer of payload and management of CPU interrupts.
