And the supply side would explain not only why the addressee has good reasons to pursue this goal, but also explain why the addressee has a duty to try to realize this goal with all deliberate speed.
If results comprehensibility cannot be sufficiently provided, it is an obvious precondition that at least experts who work in the field of energy scenario construction and application need to be able to fully retrace the work of other experts in order to explain it to the remaining addressees.
