The panelists [Marcus Chibucos (ECO), Michelle Giglio (ECO), Sylvain Poux (Swiss-Prot), Sandra Orchard (IntAct), Julio Collado-Vides (RegulonDB), Nives Skunca (OMA) and Suzanna Lewis (LBNL)] gave presentations highlighting how the resources they represent address annotations quality.
Other work (e.g. 38, 39) has addressed annotation of PICO (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome) or similar criteria used in Evidence-Based Medicine.
