"address a gap" is a grammatically correct and commonly used phrase in written English.
It means to tackle or solve a deficiency or lack of something. Example: "Our company has identified a gap in the market for affordable and sustainable cleaning products. We are now working on developing a range of eco-friendly products to address this gap and meet the needs of environmentally conscious consumers."
