The phrase "additional enrolment" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to the process of enrolling more participants or students in a program or course beyond the initial enrollment period.
Example: "The university has opened a window for additional enrolment for the upcoming semester to accommodate more students."
Alternatives: "extra registration" or "supplementary enrollment".
