Hence, this approach reveals that additional alterations of the already efficient rhaP BAD expression vectors are crucial, not only because they possibly do not advance yields, but also may disturb a well-balanced system by making it less regulable.
As previously reported [14], [15], Kir4.1 and AQP4 were already mislocalized/downregulated in untreated Dp71-null mice, and retinal detachment failed to induce any additional alterations of these channels at 24 h or 7 days after surgery (data not shown).
