The phrase "added to the chart" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to the action of including or incorporating data or information into a chart or graph.
Example: "The new sales figures were added to the chart to reflect the latest performance metrics."
Alternatives: "included in the chart" or "inserted into the chart".
