The phrase "adapted condition" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe a state or situation that has been modified or adjusted to meet specific requirements or circumstances.
Example: "The adapted condition of the equipment allowed it to function effectively in the new environment."
Alternatives: "modified state" or "adjusted situation".
All ten subjects had a lower correlation between probe stimuli in the adapted condition (paired t-test on Fisher z-transformed correlation coefficients: t 9) = 5.06, p < 0.0007).
