We do not mean to imply that feedback is never heeded or used to guide adaptations in practice.
For our study we used an ethnographic design [ 19- 21], as ethnographic process evaluations of the implementation of interventions and its adaptations in practice are necessary to be able to assess the validity and reliability of any effects of the interventions [ 22- 24].
