Coordination, and more specifically, the adaptation of coordination strategies to the situational requirements (i.e. adaptive coordination) has been identified as a central mechanism of safe and effective performance in healthcare and other high-risk work environments [ 14- 16].
The versatility of P. aeruginosa in adapting to different environments has been attributed in part to the complex regulatory networks that coordinate the control of genes involved in adaptation, including coordination of two-component signal transduction (TCST) systems and quorum sensing [ 10].
Community participation, adaptation, and coordination.
