The phrase "ad doc" is not correct in standard written English.
It appears to be a truncation or misspelling of "ad hoc," which is a Latin term used to describe something created or done for a specific purpose as necessary.
Example: "The committee was formed ad hoc to address the urgent issues facing the community."
Alternatives: "for this purpose" or "as needed."
The AD e-doc must be completed at time of deposit.
