The phrase "actual maximal" is not standard in written English and may cause confusion.
It could be used in contexts where you want to emphasize the true or real extent of something, but clarity is important.
Example: "The actual maximal capacity of the container was much higher than we initially estimated."
Alternatives: "true maximum" or "real upper limit."
