The phrase "actual behavioural" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing real or observed behaviors, often in a psychological or sociological context.
Example: "The study focused on actual behavioural responses to stress in various environments."
Alternatives: "real behavior" or "observed behavior".
However, at the same time, it is not appropriate to assume that truthfulness actually affects the reporting behaviour, unless the reported truthfulness coincides with the actual behavioural characteristic of how truthful someone is.
