The phrase "actors perception" is not correct as it lacks an apostrophe to indicate possession.
It should be "actor's perception" if referring to the perception of a single actor, or "actors' perception" if referring to the perception of multiple actors. You can use it when discussing how actors interpret or understand a particular situation, character, or performance.
