It's as if one has left one's body and touched down in another, alternative universe, full of actors you've never heard of playing characters with porn movie names – Raymie Steele, Shasta Carvell, Buck Williams – who emote, soapily, to the kind of music that you hear while on hold to speak to someone about life insurance.
