The phrase "activity while the other" is not correct in English as it is incomplete and lacks clarity.
It could be used in a context where you are comparing two activities, but it needs additional information to make sense.
Example: "We need to balance the activity while the other is being conducted."
Alternatives: "task during the other" or "action while the other".
