The system is unavailable for LP traffic both due to the activity of high priority (HP) users and due to channel interruptions.
Similarly to what is done for protein structures with the PDB [ 57] and nucleic sequences by the INSDC (International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration) [ 58], the design of a central and common scientific framework to submit enzymes with their activities is of priority to reduce the loss of knowledge between publications and databases.
