The phrase "active facilitator" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe someone who actively engages in guiding or assisting a process, often in educational or collaborative settings.
Example: "As an active facilitator, she ensured that all participants had the opportunity to contribute their ideas during the workshop."
Alternatives: "engaged facilitator" or "proactive facilitator".
